CLIENT POLICIES & SERVICE TERMS

Thank you for choosing Move It Move It Movers. We strive to provide exceptional moving services while

maintaining the highest level of care for your property. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please

carefully review our policies below. By hiring our services, you agree to all terms listed herein.

In compliance with Florida statue 507, the following applies:

1. Liability & Damage Policy

1.1 Limited Liability

While our movers take every precaution to handle items with care, Move It Move It Movers is not liable for

damages to property or belongings unless it is clearly proven that gross negligence was involved.

1.2 Structural Requirements

In order to minimize the risk of property damage, the customer must ensure at least 10 inches of clear space on

all sides of doorways, hallways, staircases, and entry points. This includes removing doors if necessary, clearing

clutter, and ensuring accessible pathways. Failure to meet these requirements voids any claim of damage.

2. Insurance & Claims

2.1 Discretionary Claims

All damage or insurance claims are subject to the sole discretion of Move It Move It Movers and its

management. Filing a claim does not guarantee reimbursement or coverage.

2.2 Claim Process

Any potential claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the completed move. Claims submitted

beyond this window will not be considered.

2.3 Proof of Damage

Clients must provide clear photographic evidence of alleged damages, along with a written explanation.

Insufficient documentation will result in immediate dismissal of the claim.

3. Exclusions of Responsibility

Move It Move It Movers is not responsible for any of the following:

- Pre-existing damage, wear, or weakness in items or property.

- Damage to furniture that is not professionally wrapped or disassembled.- Damage caused during moves involving tight spaces, stairs, or limited access, especially if the 10-inch

clearance requirement is not met.

- Damage to items packed by the customer.

- Natural wear or scratches due to moving bulky items through narrow passages.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

- Last-minute cancellations are subject to a non-refundable charge equal to the base move fee.

- Rescheduling is allowed once free of charge, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Payment Terms

- Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Unpaid balances are subject to late fees and collections.

6. Final Agreement

By booking with Move It Move It Movers, you acknowledge that:

- You have read and understood this policy page in full.

- You accept the terms and conditions stated herein.

- You release Move It Move It Movers from liability in cases where requirements were not met or negligence was

not evident.
